How to Register Name?

  5. You have to take your Aadhaar card with you while taking the vaccine.
  6. According to the government, if the family member has an account in CoWin, the new name can be registered by going to the ‘Add Member’ option there or by creating a new account with a completely different mobile number.
  7. Next, book a vaccination slot at a nearby immunization center.
  8. As per the Centre’s guidelines, vaccinators can also register onsite and appoint online or onsite (walk-in) appointments for 12-14 year olds (Covid 19 Vaccination for 12 14 Yrs).
